Yes. Nightly janitorial programs are one of our core services. We build a routine based on your operating hours, building layout and cleaning priorities, including restrooms, trash removal, dusting, floor care and common areas. Schedules can be set for several days per week or daily service.
Do you bring the cleaning products and equipment?
In most cases, yes. Our teams work with professional commercial products, equipment and tools appropriate for each surface and environment. If your organization has specific brands, green cleaning requirements or restricted chemicals, we can adapt our program and work with your preferred products as well.
Are your cleaners trained and supervised?
Absolutely. Zach’s Quality Services Inc invests in training, supervision and clear checklists so that each visit is consistent. Supervisors perform walk-throughs, provide feedback and remain available to you for any questions, corrections or special requests.
Do you handle one-time or post-construction clean-ups?
Yes. Besides ongoing janitorial programs, we also provide post-construction clean-up, move-in / move-out cleaning and special projects such as deep cleaning, floor scrubbing & buffing and floor waxing. Let us know your project timeline and scope so we can plan the right crew and equipment.
What is your service area?
We are based near Marlborough and serve facilities across Massachusetts, including Greater Boston, MetroWest, Worcester County and other regions in the state. For larger or multi-location projects, we can discuss coverage on a case-by-case basis.
How does the quote process work?
First, we talk briefly about your facility, current challenges and expectations. Then we schedule a walk-through to measure the space, evaluate traffic levels and review any special requirements. Based on that, we send a written proposal with scope, frequency and pricing so you know exactly what is included.
Can you clean outside regular business hours?
Yes. Many of our clients prefer cleaning to happen in the evening, overnight or very early in the morning to minimize disruption for staff and visitors. We can also provide day porter services during business hours for restrooms, lobbies and high-traffic areas.
